The funds of any gig or service, once marked complete by the buyer, remain under a “pending” status for a 14-day clearing period. This timeline is for financial processing and buyer satisfaction guarantee. When the funds are marked as “cleared,” they are available for withdrawal.
Divinaty keeps your funds for 14 days after a gig is marked as complete. This is to make sure the payment has cleared and is processed correctly. Some payment methods, like PayPal, allow for refunds within this time, so Divinaty holds the money to confirm it’s really available for you.
This hold also protects the buyer’s money and ensures they are satisfied with your work. If the buyer has any issues—like if the work wasn’t done as expected—they can raise those concerns during this period. Ideally, they should do this before marking the order as complete!
After the 14 days are up, you will get the money credited to your account.
You can withdraw your profits whenever you like—once they’re credited to your account, they’re ready for the taking! Just a quick note: you need to have at least $60 before you can start cashing out. Think of it as a mini savings goal!
For now, the only way to withdraw is through PayPal, so make sure you’ve got your digital paypal account handy. Here’s how to get your hard-earned cash:
- Head over to your dashboard—your personal control center for all things profit!
- Click on “Payments” like you’re about to open a treasure chest.
- Select “Withdraw Money”—because who doesn’t want to see their bank account grow?
- If you haven’t already, enter your PayPal email address.
- Go back to “Withdraw Money” and type in how much you want to withdraw—don’t be shy, treat yourself!
