Divinaty.com was created to offer a safe and ethical platform where you can get an honest, ethical, and insightful reading from any of our talented advisors. 

In other words, we spread positivity, happiness and honesty with 100 % customer satisfaction and we clearly back that up with our 14-day peace of mind return policy.

Honesty, Karma & Cosmic Justice

We’re big believers in karma: what you put out comes back to you. Be honest in your refund requests, and we’ll always meet you with fairness. Dishonest requests? Well… let’s just say the universe is watching. 👀

• Scenario 1 : If you don’t get your reading within the timeframe indicated

If the reader you selected is unable to deliver the reading or service you purchased within the timeframe agreed, you can definitely request a complete refund or simply select a reading from another advisor ( same price or below).

If you select another service at a lower price, you will get back the difference.

• Scenario 2 : If you got the reading but don’t like the answer

You got bad news from the reading? Yes, we know it sucks but, unfortunately, that is part of life. There are highs and lows in everyone’s life, it is what makes us human. Our readers are all honest people who will say what they see in the cards (in a tactful manner though) so that you can take the best decisions for your life.

If you come across readers who only give you what you want to hear then our piece of advice for you is: run…. Nothing good will come from this…. Except you wasting your time and money.

So, you got your reading? We are sure you can understand we held our side of the deal and did deliver. Our reader or advisor spent time and worked hard on your reading. And they should be paid for their service. In this case, the readings are non-refundable after purchase.

In accordance with the Law in several countries, please also note that all readings given are for entertainment purposes only and no absolute guarantee can be given as for the accuracy of readings. Every reading is a possibility and not set in stone. Every action, every decision you take has an impact. You ultimately have the free will.

• Scenario 3 : If you want to cancel the reading or service purchased

If you are a Divinaty client and wish to cancel the service ordered and seek a refund, we will gladly give you a refund under the following conditions:

– You sought a refund within 24 hours after making your purchase.

– You contacted the advisor and got his or her approval for the cancellation.

All Sales Are Final

Once your reading or service has been delivered, it’s officially part of your cosmic journey—and therefore non‑refundable.

Why? Because each reading is unique, personal, and handcrafted just for you. It’s not like returning a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. Our advisors can’t “un‑see” the cards or “un‑sense” the vibes.

So, refunds will not be given just because:

• You didn’t like the message.
• You were hoping for a soulmate prediction but got career advice instead.
• The universe didn’t deliver the outcome you wanted (we wish we could control that too).

What’s Not Refundable

• Completed readings (even if you didn’t like the outcome—remember, honesty is our policy).
• Requests made after 14 days.
• Attempts to get a refund because “my cat didn’t like the reading.” (Yes, we’ve heard it all.)

Also, as the law requires: readings are for entertainment purposes only. We can’t guarantee 100% accuracy because, well, the future is shaped by your free will.

Chargebacks (Please Don’t Do It )

By purchasing on Divinaty, you agree:

• Not to start a chargeback without contacting us first.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being suspended or permanently banished (okay, not banished—but definitely closed).

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts if:

• You threaten to dispute charges in bad faith.
• You try to sneak around and pay advisors outside the platform (not cool).
• You disrespect or discriminate against our advisors (really not cool).
